Candice is a Las Vegas resident since 1974.

She dedicates her fierce committed work ethic to her family's influences having grown up behind the counter of every business they owned as soon as she was tall enough . After succeeding great accomplishments as the second generation of successors; she then left it all behind and dove into her own passion of real estate. Obtaining her Realtor license in 2010 during the most challenging time for Vegas housing, it turned out to be the best time to jump right into the trenches of real estate while her hometown was facing such incomprehensible challenges . After 5 years of in the field learning all aspect of general real estate she then ventured into new construction. During several years of working for a corporate luxury home builder she mastered her craft even further with pre-plotting, master plan design criterias, selling from floor plans alone and then on to designing the builders spec homes she was then responsible to sell . After more than 250 transactions with a variety of transaction types she speaks the language of both Sellers and Buyers making her a relentless negotiator. Candice's instilled love and pride of her community drives her deep passion of making dreams of home ownership a reality while fighting for the rights of home ownership for all.
