After 5 years of in the field learning all aspect of general real estate she then ventured into new construction. During several years of working for a corporate luxury home builder she mastered her craft even further with pre-plotting, master plan design criterias, selling from floor plans alone and then on to designing the builders spec homes she was then responsible to sell . After more than 250 transactions with a variety of transaction types she speaks the language of both Sellers and Buyers making her a relentless negotiator.
